Tower body: It is made of FRP composite material, and the surface gel coat is made of imported raw materials. Its colors contain anti-ultraviolet stabilizers, the surface is glossy, and it is resistant to aging. Compared with the old cold-ton round tower, the water-ton round tower increases the tower body and the height of the air inlet to ensure more sufficient air convection in the tower and no dead ends.

Fan: Use a special fan for the hollow airfoil cooling tower, with uniform wind speed, low dynamic pressure, energy saving, low noise, and the installation angle of the blades can be changed to meet process requirements and improve device efficiency. Compared with the round tower with the same flow rate, the diameter of the fan is also increased by one level.

Motor: It adopts a fully enclosed cooling tower special motor, which has good waterproof performance and can be used safely in hot and humid environments.

Packing: It is made of virgin materials, the heat dissipation area of ​​the packing has a large growth coefficient, and the water flow distribution is good. The packing adopts a three-layer design (mostly two layers on the market), extending the water-air heat exchange time and expanding the exchange area, and the heat dissipation performance is good .

Water sowing system: pipe type water sowing, water distribution device made of ABS or aluminum alloy, durable, uniform water distribution, 90T and above adopts pipe type fixed nozzle for water distribution, the sprinkler part has no rotating head and no wearing parts, long-term use No damage, reduce maintenance and labor (all round towers on the market now use rotating water sowing).

Steel parts: All use rust-removing hot-dip galvanizing treatment, corrosion resistance, high strength, easy assembly, beautiful surface.

Transmission: All rotating parts adopt bearings imported from Japan, with high precision and low maintenance rate. The belt is imported from Japan's Samsung high-strength B belt, which has high strength, wear resistance and long life.

Increase the air outlet water collection device: the air outlet adds a water collection film to prevent water droplets from drifting out of the tower with the hot wind, which saves water, and the water collection rate reaches 0.02%.
